Michael Princi is an experienced CEO, M&A leader, and advisor with over 25 years of experience driving growth and transformation across technology, media, and industrial sectors. He has founded and scaled analytics and SaaS companies, guided organizations through complex transactions, and built systems that link strategy to measurable performance outcomes.

As Co-Founder and CEO of CerteVerus AI, he developed an analytics platform adopted by enterprise clients. At Dentsu, as Global Head of M&A, he designed and led a global framework connecting acquisitions to business performance. He has advised executives, founders, and investors on integration, digital strategy, and governance. Mike also served as Board Observer and interim CFO for Pantheon Vision, an early-stage med-tech company, supporting a $4.25M capital raise.
