Michael A. Princi

Michael Princi is a Managing Director of ThoughtStorm Strategic Capital (TSC), a boutique investment bank and advisory firm focused on increasing returns on invested capital for its clients.

Michael possesses a wide range of business skills, including strategic planning, negotiation, corporate development, financial modeling, and operations. TSC provides M&A advisory services, strategy consulting, and interim management services.

Before co-founding TSC, Michael was a senior member of Accenture’s Corporate Strategy Practice focused on corporate strategy, M&A, corporate restructuring, and shareholder value creation. He has worked with technology, logistics, manufacturing, and transportation clients ranging in size from start-ups to members of the Fortune 50.

Michael was an infantry officer in the United States Army and is a graduate of the Airborne and Ranger schools. He received an M.B.A. from The Johnson School at Cornell University and a B.S. in Operations Research from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Richard J. Colosimo

Rick Colosimo is a Managing Director of ThoughtStorm Strategic Capital (TSC), a boutique investment bank and advisory firm focused on increasing returns on invested capital for its clients.

Rick’s skills include transaction structuring and execution, financial analysis, negotiation, and operations. He has been a director on the boards of Casahl Technology, Inc., a leading provider of software for collaborative application integration, extension, and migration, and StoryCorps Productions, a nonprofit dedicated to telling the stories of charities through digital video.

He previously worked in large firms in New York City and Silicon Valley, where his practice included start-ups, venture financing, and mergers and acquisitions.

He earned his law degree at Cornell Law School and is a graduate of Allegheny College, where he served on the Alumni Council for six years. Rick was an Infantry officer in the United States Army and is a graduate of the Officer Candidate, Airborne, and Ranger Schools. He is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and California.
